School Enrollment Support for Underprivileged Children – June 2022

At the beginning of June, we fulfilled a special request from Geszt, a small village near the Romanian border. Despite having a population of only 800, the village has a beautiful community center that has been hosting various programs for children for several years. The center’s leader once again reached out to the Foundation, asking for school supplies to support the enrollment of future first-graders. Having supported their organization with donations in the past, we were more than happy to contribute to this initiative as well.

This year, we had the privilege of attending the children’s kindergarten graduation ceremony, where we personally handed out school supplies. It gave us the opportunity not only to meet the children but also to connect with their parents and the teachers from the local kindergarten and school. We were also able to visit the newly built school where the children will begin their studies in September. We hope that our donation has sparked their excitement for learning and ensured they won’t be held back by a lack of supplies.
