Partnership – Minden Gyermek Egyenlő Foundation – June 2022

In Hungary, 1 in 10 newborns leaves the hospital to a home without a father, sadly impacting around 10,000 babies each year. In response, our foundation extended support to mothers who were abandoned during pregnancy or shortly after childbirth, providing essential starter kits for them and their newborns.

These donations were made in partnership with the Minden Gyermek Egyenlő Foundation, one of Hungary’s largest online family communities. Since 2019, this organization has been aiding single pregnant women through the babamamatudakozo.hu platform, which has been active for over 15 years and boasts a membership of 300,000.

The Gattyán Foundation is proud to join this initiative, delivering crucial supplies like diapers, baby wipes, baby food, and baby clothing to the foundation’s warehouse in Esztergom for distribution to mothers in need.

A secure and stable start in life is a fundamental right for every child. We are honored to contribute to this mission, not only by supporting abandoned mothers in Hungary but also by aiding mothers fleeing the conflict in Ukraine, as we collaborate with the Minden Gyermek Egyenlő Foundation.
