Exceptional Support for the Bicske Children’s Home – April 2024

The Bicske Children’s Home is currently part of the Bokréta Residential and Children’s Home Center and Primary School in Budapest. Recently, this institution has faced significant challenges, especially following widely publicized events involving the children’s home. However, it is important to note that when these tragic incidents occurred, Bicske was not yet part of the Bokréta Center, and no current staff or children were involved in the reported cases. Nevertheless, the resulting scandal has placed immense strain on the institution.

The entire child protection system has been under pressure, and this has been especially difficult for Bicske. The current staff, who are entirely unrelated to past incidents, have had to endure a negative stigma that has affected their daily work.

In response, we wanted to show our empathy and appreciation for the resilience of the leadership and staff at Bicske Children’s Home.

To provide some relief, our foundation is offering relaxation opportunities for the colleagues most affected, allowing them a chance to rest and recharge at the exclusive Normafa Hotel, owned by Docler Holding Group.

A total of 50 staff members from the children’s home will be able to participate in relaxation programs, including Yoga Dinner, Half-Day Yoga, Dinner with Sound Bowl Relaxation, and a Sauna Pouring Dinner Program.

Additionally, we are providing free professional supervision for the institution’s staff.

We hope that these wellness programs and supervision support will allow the dedicated professionals at Bicske Children’s Home to continue their valuable work with renewed strength.
