Donating Teqball Tables – April 2024

In April, we were proud to donate another Teqball table to a children’s home, this time to the Aranyhíd Special Children’s Home in Izsófalva. Part of the Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén County Child Protection Center, the home cares for teenagers facing challenges with integrating into society due to issues such as dissocial behavior, aggression, and substance use. For these young individuals, physical activity plays a crucial role in channeling their energy and promoting positive development. At our conference last year, the director of the home expressed interest in receiving a Teqball table, recognizing its potential to engage and motivate the residents.

With the arrival of warmer weather, we were delighted to fulfill this request. We personally delivered the table to the home, where the boys wasted no time in trying it out. They enthusiastically began practicing, and we are pleased to hear that the table has since been in regular use. Just a week later, they even participated in the Regional Teqball Cup for Children’s Homes, showcasing their newfound skills and team spirit.
