Supporting Disadvantaged Children – Christmas Packages for the Dr. Ámbédkar School, December 2023

Our foundation has supported the Dr. Ámbédkar School in Miskolc in the past, as we deeply value the school’s mission. As a second-chance institution, the Dr. Ámbédkar School strives to provide students with meaningful learning opportunities to help them break free from poverty. Their approach, grounded in a deep understanding of students’ sociocultural backgrounds, is unique, and the dedication of the staff is evident in all they do. The school provides a stable and supportive educational environment, often serving as a second home for its students.

Despite their outstanding efforts, the school receives only minimal state support, with most of their activities funded through grants. Yet, they work tirelessly to ensure that students can celebrate significant holidays together, fostering a sense of community and belonging. In December, in response to the school’s request, our foundation provided 50 Santa packages, which were distributed to the students during a festive community event.
