Visit to a Children’s Home – Mátészalka – May 2022

This time we visited the Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County Child Protection Center in Mátészalka, where we donated 10 new Samsung smart TVs to the children living there, in addition, some smaller computer accessories were also delivered to make the everyday life of the educators easier. We have had a very good relationship with the head of the institution for a long time, so it was a pleasure for us to visit them again in person. In Mátészalka, several of their professional units have been beautifully renewed in recent years, which the children also try to take care of. The TVs will certainly be in a good place with them too and we hope we can contribute to the lives of the groups by having fun, watching movies together.

PROFESSIONAL RESEARCH

The Foundation’s approach is that the basis for effective assistance is professional foundation. To facilitate this, within the framework of a national survey conducted in the years of 2020 and 2021, the Foundation mapped the educational participation of children living in children’s homes, their current education, their further study plans and their vision related to learning and work.
