Grant Support – August 2024

Once again, we are honored to have received support from Crane ChemPharma & Energy’s local organization, XOMOX Hungary Ltd. The American company has a longstanding tradition of prioritizing disadvantaged groups, with their foundation focusing on supporting widows and children. Over the past two years, their Hungarian subsidiary has extended this mission locally, providing funding to civil organizations. This year, 10 exceptional organizations were selected as grant recipients.

Each chosen association or foundation is dedicated to improving the quality of life for children, addressing challenges such as substance use, disadvantaged backgrounds, or illness. We are proud that our foundation, through its professional work and impact, has once again been recognized as a worthy recipient of this support.

In August, we were delighted to attend a ceremonial award event where we were presented with a symbolic check for the $5,000 grant. The occasion offered a wonderful opportunity to connect with fellow recipients, learn about their inspiring initiatives, and showcase our own work. During the event, we shared our plans for the grant, including an overview of our Children’s Home Girls’ Club project, which aims to empower and support girls in state care.
