Christmas Gifts – December 2025

Of course, this year our traditional Christmas gift initiative could not be missed either, reaching all 28 of our partner child protection institutions. Over the years, we have launched several initiatives that have now become cherished traditions, and we have continued these without change this year as well.

In 2026, we will be organizing our Carnival event as a Christmas gift for the fourth time, under the motto “Carnival Is the New Christmas!” Taking into account that the Christmas period is one of the busiest times of the year for child protection institutions, we respect this reality. Rather than burdening them with yet another program during this hectic season, we choose to treat them to a full day of entertainment in the quieter month of February.

In addition, last year we launched a new tradition in which chance determines which institutions receive enhanced support. Each year, we draw two institutions—one located in the countryside and one in Budapest—that each receive a Christmas donation worth HUF 2,000,000. These institutions are free to use the support according to their own needs.

This year, the following two institutions were selected:

• Child Protection Center of Baranya County
• Children’s Home, Kindergarten, Primary School and Skills Development School of Pest County

Naturally, we also prepared gifts for those institutions that were not selected in the draw during the given year. In addition to the two chosen institutions, every child protection and children’s home center received shopping vouchers worth HUF 200,000, distributed as follows:

• HUF 100,000 shopping voucher redeemable at MediaMarkt stores
• HUF 100,000 shopping voucher redeemable at Tesco stores

We hope that once again these gifts will bring great joy to all children and staff members of the children’s homes!
