Support for the Hungarian Children’s Rescue Foundation – November 2025

In addition to our continuous and dedicated support for children in state care, our Foundation also seeks, from time to time, to help other children who find themselves in difficult situations. For nearly 20 years, the Hungarian Children’s Rescue Foundation has been there for children in need, saving lives day by day to the best of their abilities. The Foundation was established and is operated by pediatric intensive care physicians and specialist nurses alongside their daily healing work.

In close cooperation with the National Ambulance Service, they operate Pediatric Emergency Medical Cars (Gyermek MOK). The MOK does not transport patients; its task is to stabilize the vital parameters of children in severe, life-threatening conditions. Rescue operations are carried out using passenger cars, which can be deployed more quickly, allow for more effective use of doctors’ expertise, and represent a more cost-efficient solution than deploying traditional ambulance vehicles.

The Hungarian Children’s Rescue Foundation operates without state funding and carries out its committed and highly important work entirely from donations. For this reason, our Foundation decided to support this outstanding mission with several pieces of equipment that will provide long-term assistance. In response to the Foundation’s request, we donated a new ventilator and an EPOC laboratory device, which they were already able to put into use during the summer. In addition, in November we also handed over a new Ford Tourneo Connect vehicle to them.

During the personal handover, we had the opportunity to speak with the Foundation’s director and staff and learn more about their dedicated work. We are confident that each of the donated devices will be of great service to them, and we are delighted that through their efforts we are able to support children in need.
